Very nice hotel in good location for public transport. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good although a little slow on refiling the items. Loved the fresh honey straight from the honeycomb. Only reason for the "very good" and not "excellent" were the quality of the towels, well worn and quite thin/ripped. Would recommend.

This is a decent hotel with nice ambiance. My Room was decent, breakfast had decent variety. However staff communication needs to be little polite. I am Gold Elite Member of IHG hotels, staff are polite and acknowledge being a gold member and greets, However during check in the experience was not very friendly, and when i requested if i can have a decent room with view if possible. She mentioned you booked for this room and u will get this room only, than i mentioned that normally if rooms are available people do give preferences. She replied for that u need to be Platinum Member. I really felt this was rude from her. There is a way to tell. Except this one incident all other experience was decent.

Typical Holiday Inn!! Poor quality towels. Curtains on the wardrobes - not doors...! Tea and coffee making facilities, but no fridge, yet there was a space for it. No milk to go with the tea/coffee. No shower cap, no body lotion. However - The good points were, the breakfast very good, even the take away breakfast was OK Check in process was easy and it was easy to find, within easy walking distance from Harras station and next door Lidl.

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered some issues that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had initially been assigned a special needs room, and when I inquired about it, I received conflicting responses. The reception staff informed me that there were no other available rooms, while their supervisor claimed that this was the room I had booked. Upon entering the room, I was disheartened to find the toilet in an unsatisfactory condition, which is clearly evident in the attached photos. The Ironsteam, too, was not in an acceptable state, as it was laden with dirt. Regrettably, the room lacked a refrigerator, and the bed was smaller than expected, accompanied by a pillow that was notably undersized. However, it should be noted that the room did offer a peaceful environment conducive to a good night's sleep. The following morning, I brought the issue of the unclean toilet to the attention of the supervisor at 8:30 AM, rendering it unusable. Unfortunately, when I returned at 5:30 PM, the toilet remained untouched. I proceeded to the reception and displayed the supervisor the photographic evidence of the issue, to which she assured me that the cleaning service would be dispatched immediately. I also pointed out the condition of the Ironsteam at this time. It was only then that the supervisor decided to offer me an upgrade to a larger room, which came equipped with a refrigerator, albeit turned off. As a gesture of goodwill, the supervisor extended an offer of a complimentary bar of chocolate and a free drink from the bar. I accepted the gesture but left these items in the room. What left me disheartened was the realization that the room had originally been designated for special needs guests, raising concerns about the hotel's commitment to meeting their unique requirements. Finally the two nights cost was 200 usd a night breakfast not included. The sleep quality was good.

Located way out of city center!

We stayed in Room 217 last Sept 30-Oct 1, 2023 in this hotel. It was good that our room was just 3 rooms away from the elevator and the bathroom has full cover shower area. The parsley scent body wash was weird though. Except for the guy at the reception, service in this hotel needs a lot of improvement. The hotel is located way out of the city center although there is a grocery store across and a decent Bavarian resto (Wirtshaus In Sendling) nearby.
